I have been working in ClearPeaks from November 2009 and it’s exciting to work everyday in this company. The company is constantly looking for challenges, and adapting quickly to the new situations. From my point of view, we are growing in a healthy way.
For me is important to be working in a stable company with a long term strategy, human oriented and with a strong customer focus. The group of employees have a young spirit and help honouring the company culture. I like the idea of growing up within this company and take advantage of the chance they are offering me.

I joined ClearPeaks more than 8 years ago after being working in a big consultancy company for 4 years. Working at ClearPeaks makes me feel responsible of the company success and gives me the opportunity to drive my own career plan. Being able to do this is a big step forward in my own development, moving away from being a "number" in a big enterprise. At ClearPeaks I can speak directly to the CEO, who always has time to hear my requests.
From a learning point of view, I have been continuously learning new technologies, concepts and personal competences that helped me in my daily tasks and personal development. Working in an international projection company like ClearPeaks has also given me the opportunity of meeting a lot of people world wide, learning new cultures and enriching my knowledge.
At ClearPeaks, the work environment is very good. New employees tend to integrate very quickly in the team. Some employees even organise group trips during the year to go skiing or kite-surfing!! And the company events during the year help getting people together in a non working environment, what tightens the binds between the employees.
Last but not least, being a consultancy company you may think that we work very long hours. You should see the faces and hear the comments of some employees who worked in other consultancy companies. They are very happy to have moved away from that in their former companies and have found a realistic and personal life compatible working schedule.

I started my career in ClearPeaks, and after more than half a year working here I think it was the best place to do it. As a junior I have not stopped learning new technologies, tools and other competences such as communication skills thanks to the training plan that ClearPeaks offers to their employees.
The work environment is really good. From the first moment I felt integrated in the team and my colleagues are always willing to help me so I can learn from their experience.
But what I really appreciate from ClearPeaks is the chance to work in an international environment. It gives you the chance to work abroad and get experience on working in different countries which would make your career grow even faster.
