We are looking for a customer-facing, commercial, self-motivated and business-oriented candidate to join us as Marketing Specialist based in Abu Dhabi.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

 

The B2B Marketing Specialist will be driving activities that propel revenue growth:

  • Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities in various areas:
    • Work closely with the Marketing Director to plan and execute regional B2B lead generation and marketing branding campaigns: from prospecting, research and profiling to messaging and commercial follow-up
    • Organize ClearPeaks events and webinars in the region: planning, communication, execution, follow up with attendees
    • Industry events planning, execution and follow up with sales
    • Play an active role in defining the local marketing strategy & reporting back on results
  • Conduct regional market research and identify specific regional B2B marketing initiatives, opportunities and objectives – Recommend strategies to integrate into local regional marketing plans
  • Commercial involvement & close follow up with sales in regional lead generation activities following the global marketing plan and strategy
  • Be the main key of contact with local tech vendors from a marketing perspective – securing budget for joint marketing initiatives and projects
  • Work closely with the sales team in the Middle East to gather compelling custom content based on target accounts and communicate back to HQ marketing team
  • Support HQ Marketing in communicating specific content to a specific target audience in the region
  • Support the HR & Operation team for regional recruitment related marketing initiatives
  • Closely monitor local market trends

 

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

 

  • Ideally Business Administration Bachelor with a master’s degree in Marketing (B2B), a Marketing Degree with Business acumen or any other degree with an interest in B2B Marketing
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience as B2B marketing specialist in the Middle East
  • Native or proficient business level English
  • Excellence in WordPress, Google AdWords, Google Analytics and/or other marketing related tools
  • Excellence in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Experience with database management & web analytics services
  • Thorough understanding of the use of social media for marketing activities and other B2B lead generation opportunities
  • Knowledge in Business Intelligence, Big Data, Data Analytics is a huge plus
