SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Achieve annual sales targets through selling Business Intelligence, Analytics and Data Management consulting services and licenses, increasing market penetration and brand recognition.
  • Manage overall business and ensure healthy pipeline position.
  • Identify quality business opportunities.
  • Comfortable speaking with high level decision makers.
  • Building and presenting proposals, creating RFP response and able to demo internal showcases.
  • Manage multiple end-to-end accounts simultaneously.
  • Collaborate strategically and tactically with ClearPeaks management to optimize market penetration.
  • Nurture the customer relationship to the highest standard and assist in developing the overall customer relationship management strategy to be implemented across all markets and accounts.
  • Ensure that all customer contact on the accounts is fast, efficient and knowledgeable.
  • Work in collaboration with Marketing to ensure the right strategy and actions are being planned and executed

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • A technical degree in Business Administrator, Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering, ideally with MBA or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of consolidate BI consulting experience with knowledge in Business Intelligence, Big Data and Analytics and/or Cloud solutions.
  • Experience in working with CRM or ERP applications.
  • Excellent communication both written and spoken in Spanish and English.
  • Technically skilled to an advanced level with MS Office products.
  • Results oriented, proactive and committed to company growth.
  • Multi-tasking, organized and detail oriented.
  • Travel might be required.
