I would describe the past two years at ClearPeaks as a fast-paced master´s degree in BI, Analytics and Project Management. Right from the start, I was assigned to an end-to-end project and learned more about Enterprise BI than I could have ever imagined. It was an enriching experience – in which I not only gained the necessary skills to deliver the project successfully but also developed the soft skills needed to help and assist our customer.

After my first year, I was also given the opportunity to manage several in-house projects. This responsibility came with a lot of new and exciting challenges and resulted in a deep understanding of the business and project management in general.

It is often considered that only candidates with IT or pure engineering background can shift their career into Business Intelligence and Analytics.
When I joined ClearPeaks, I had recently graduated from a more business-focused degree. Through their internal bootcamp, I quickly gained a solid understanding of data analytics concepts and methodologies. Then being involved in multiple customer projects I was able to enrich my technical skillset. In many of my projects, I can apply my business knowledge to real-life scenarios, something that is often of great value for many customers.
What is great about ClearPeaks is that management gives you the opportunity to step up and grow into different roles whilst developing a variety of technical skills. They always have your back and support you in every step of the way.

Moving abroad was a great adventure for me! It not only allowed me to experience different cultures and broaden my horizon but also gave me the opportunity to work for high profile clients in the gulf region.

The most interesting thing in ClearPeaks is being able to work with many clients of different sizes, from different sectors. In my case, I’m currently working with a big company in the Middle East, and that has broadened my view and sharpened my skills on the business side. This is challenging and always requires more than plain coding knowledge, so it pushes you out of your comfort zone.
