Due to ongoing growth, we are looking to hire a “IT Talent Acquisition Specialist” based in Barcelona. We are looking for an experienced, people-oriented and quality focus colleague who will become a key player in the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Become the owner of the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, making all the necessary improvements to ensure the best fit. To do so, some of your tasks will be:
- Ensure the interviews are consistently executed and coordinate the process E2E, from the requirements gathering with management to ensuring the best candidates onboarding.
- You’ll help us continuously enhance the candidate’s experience by introducing new ideas and initiatives.
- Participate in recruitment & talent events.
- Headhunting.
- Optimise the use of the LinkedIn recruiter tool ensuring that all the functionalities are being used.
- You’ll play a key role in continuously improving our recruitment process by designing fresh initiatives and creative actions that reflect who we are—a great place to work with a positive, and collaborative environment —so we can attract the right talent and stand out in the tech market.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in a relevant field.
- 1+ years’ experience working in a similar position preferably in a high tech and/or consulting environment.
- Strong Talent Acquisition background with experience in hiring in the IT industry by using LinkedIn, Headhunting, Events, etc. used to be innovative and proactive to find the best talent.
- Technically skilled to an advanced level with the following MS Office products: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint (as an Administrator and a Site developer).
- Experience in Talent Acquisition reporting.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills in English.
