A top Pharma company in the USA wanted to build their corporate data platform in order to consolidate all their backend technologies like Oracle, RedShift, Snowflake, etc.

 

They also wanted to get insights from customer/doctor interactions to support the commercial and marketing actions for their international markets and inform their sales forecasts.

Our Approach

Our team ingested and modelled all the customer/doctor interactions (webinars, emails, orders, calls, etc.) to fulfill the client’s commercial reporting needs.

 

We also modelled the ingestion of IQVIA/MIDAS data to crosscheck the information with Sales and Forecast by Country/Product to automate the reporting process and help on the 5-year planning exercise and calculate the patients per country/region.

 

The platform is built on top of AWS, with Snowpipes and Informatica Cloud as ETL, as well as orchestration with IICS and Airflow.
